Seller and acceptance
These terms are between you and CeedaMessiah, doing business as CeedaMessiah LLC, based in Hamilton County, Ohio, USA. By accessing this site, creating an account, streaming music, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account and order information.
Music and merchandise
Digital purchases provide a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to download and enjoy the purchased music. They do not transfer copyright or permit resale, redistribution, public upload, commercial sampling, or circumvention of access controls. Merchandise appearance may vary slightly from on-screen previews. Shipping timing is confirmed during fulfillment.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For digital music purchases, Stripe also handles tax calculation, collection, filing, and related buyer support on our behalf. Your payment-card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Acceptable use
You must not use the site unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; introduce malware; probe or interfere with security; scrape the service; reverse engineer it; resell access; or bypass technical restrictions.
Ownership and rights complaints
CeedaMessiah LLC retains ownership of the site, recordings, artwork, software, documentation, names, logos, and branding except where third-party rights apply. You retain rights in material you submit and grant us only the limited permission needed to process it for support or fulfillment. Send copyright or other rights complaints to savagecipher82@gmail.com. We may remove disputed material and suspend repeat infringers.
Availability and termination
The site is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. Purchased files already lawfully downloaded remain subject to the license above.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, lost-profit, data, or goodwill damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
Governing law and contact
Ohio law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be brought in the appropriate courts serving Hamilton County, Ohio. Events beyond reasonable control may excuse delayed performance. Questions may be sent to savagecipher82@gmail.com.
