We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your music or merchandise purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
Requesting a refund
Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, email savagecipher82@gmail.com with your order details and we will process it through Stripe. Digital-album and track refunds are typically handled within a few business days.
After a refund
When a digital purchase is refunded, its download access may be disabled. For merchandise, our support team will provide any applicable return instructions. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
